2.1 When you visit or register on our Website, sign up for an event or service, download a product or submit an application to our careers page we ask that you submit certain information including but not limited to; Your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Job Title, Company, Country, State and we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, geolocation, time zone, cookies installed on your device, and any other information that you choose to provide to us (“Device Information”).

2.2 Additionally, as you browse the Website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to our Website, and how you interact with our Website.

2.3 You may choose to visit our Website anonymously, without providing any of the above information.

2.4 If you visit our Website in order to apply for particular careers vacancy or to get notifications of any future careers updates, then you may also be asked to upload your resume or curriculum vitae.

Lawful basis includes consent (as described in clause 1 above where you have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you and legitimate interests (such as to protect you, us, or others from security threats, comply with laws that apply to us and to enable or administer our business through consolidated reporting, customer service etc.)

5.2 Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time and where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.
