Job Description

Lead financial governance for a tech group with 10 subsidiaries, combining stewardship and business partnering. Oversee consolidation, risk, compliance, treasury, and ERP systems while working closely with subsidiary CFOs and executive leaders. Drive growth aligned with strategy through insights, strong controls, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financials of subsidiaries quarterly.
• Identify and analyze financial variances.
• Collaborate with subsidiary CFOs on operations.
• Manage Group Risk and Audit Committee expectations.
• Guide submission of risk matrices and KRIs quarterly.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners.

Requirements

• CIMA, CMA, or CA professional qualification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in finance with leadership exposure.
• Experience in tech or digital-driven environment preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
