Main Duties & Responsibilities

As the primary technical authority for the Implementation team, this role bridges the critical gap between presales solutioning and postsales delivery. The Lead Engineer will drive the design of enterprise-grade security environments, placing a heavy focus on Zero Trust frameworks, CNAPP, and advanced solutions integrations. To maintain strict alignment with our Code to SOC methodology, they will take responsibility for carefully reviewing technical scopes of work (SOWs), governance reports, and implementation plans. Furthermore, they will champion continuous learning and technical upskilling across the team, ensuring our engineers are fully equipped to confidently execute increasingly complex deployments.

Educational Qualifications & Professional Qualifications / Areas of Expertise / Skills / Personal Profile

• Bsc Computer Science-Network and Network Security.
• Over six years of experience delivering and positioning enterprise infrastructure and security solutions, with a strong focus on technical Implementation, solution architecture, and customer enablement.
• for WAAP, ITSM, Patch Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and IAM / CIAM, architecture design, proof-of-concepts, partner enablement, and RFP responses.
• Additionally experienced in supporting solutions across SASE / ZTNA, Digital Risk Management, and CRM, helping organizations adopt Zero Trust principles, improve cyber-risk visibility, and enhance digital engagement insights.
• Recognized for bridging business requirements with secure, scalable technical architectures by combining hands-on engineering expertise with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, while remaining committed to continuous learning and delivering measurable value through secure, resilient, and future-ready solutions.
