About the Role

We are looking for driven, career-minded fresh graduates to join a leading retail banking company as Management Trainees. This is a structured 2-year training pathway that builds strong foundations across core retail banking functions. Trainees who successfully complete the programme will be promoted to the role of Branch Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Rotate across key retail banking functions, including branch operations, customer service, credit, and compliance.
• Work closely with branch leadership to learn day-to-day branch management.
• Build customer relationship management and sales skills.
• Take part in structured on-the-job training and learning modules.
• Progressively take on greater responsibility, leading to a Branch Manager role after 2 years.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum Second Upper Class Honours (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership potential.
• Ability to speak Tamil is an added advantage.
• Willingness to be trained and rotated across branches.
• A proactive, career-driven mindset with genuine interest in banking.
