Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to support new banking initiatives and strategic projects. The role will design and execute test plans, identify defects, validate functionality, and analyze requirements to create detailed and comprehensive test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Perform regression testing and re-testing of resolved defects.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Maintain and enhance automation scripts using Selenium or Cypress.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and industry practices.
• Support UAT and post-production verification activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software QA.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience creating clear test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with SQL and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle and test management practices.
• Experience with manual and/or automated software testing.
