Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. The role will analyze data, identify workflow improvements, document requirements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable business insights.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions.
• Prepare detailed requirements, workflows, and expected outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions against requirements.
• Develop technical documentation and workflow diagrams for solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills, including technical and workflow documents.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
• Experience in business process modelling and workflow design.
