Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, allocation, tracking, transfers, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain software license records and ensure accurate assignment and utilization of licenses.
• Support software licensing compliance, audits, and documentation processes.
• Prepare and maintain asset management and software licensing reports.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, HR, procurement, and business stakeholders on asset-related activities.
• Provide basic hardware identification and troubleshooting support.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT asset management policies and procedures.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in:
  • IT Asset Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Software License Management
  • IT Operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models, including OEM, Volume Licensing, SaaS, and subscription licensing.
• Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, including allocation, tracking, transfer, and disposal.
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• IT Asset Management
• ITIL v5 Service Management
• Software Asset Management
• CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager)
• Microsoft Licensing Certifications or equivalent vendor certifications
